How Stockify handles your account and inventory data

Stockify stores the account details, order history, warehouse records, and inventory activity required to operate the application. We use this information to authenticate users, process orders, and keep warehouse stock in sync.

Delivery information you submit, such as name, phone number, district, area, address line, and postal code, is used only for order fulfillment and account management within the platform.

Access to protected user-management and order data is limited to authenticated users with the appropriate backend permissions. If you want account data corrected or removed, contact the administrators responsible for your workspace deployment.
